Inspired by her own journey as a two-time breast cancer survivor, Farahana Kassam founded Flaunt Flat Revolution to give back to others whose lives have also been impacted by breast cancer. As a mindfulness coach, author, artist, and death doula, Farahana brings a unique, holistic perspective to the healing-centered programs and services offered through the organization.
“Our programs reflect the many transitions individuals go through—from the time of diagnosis, exploring treatment and surgical options, to finding support, navigating identity shifts, and experiencing personal healing and beyond. Each journey is unique and deserves to be understood, honored, and respected every step of the way.”
Farahana is available for speaking engagements, panel discussions, and workshops on topics including breast cancer awareness, healing through art, body image, and caregiver compassion. If you’d like to bring her voice and message to your audience, Book Farahana to Speak
Flaunt Flat Revolution empowers individuals impacted by breast cancer to make informed, confident decisions about their post-mastectomy journey. Through patient advocacy, caregiver support, healing through art, and end-of-life readiness programs, we are centered in self-love, acceptance, and dignity—offering holistic support from diagnosis through survivorship and beyond.
To revolutionize how we relate to breast cancer by reframing it as an invitation—a path that, while difficult, can lead to profound self-discovery, deeper connection, and personal transformation. We envision a world where those impacted by breast cancer feel supported to walk their unique path with clarity, courage, and compassion—nurturing community, embracing authenticity, and becoming the fullest version of themselves along the way.
